"Dear Father, When I last wrote you, I mentioned I heard of an opportunity in the land of Ossolkef. Lots of gold to be had working for a princeling, Dmitri. After a few weeks of traveling, I finally arrived, and I've been accepted into his ranks. For the foreseeable future, I'll be here in Oss."

In her room, Seida continues writing to calm herself. "Some of my companions-to-be are pretty alright, outside of the lunatics. Met a scholar who's been traveling the world. Also ran into another Wolfskin! But get this: She wasn't born on Garou, and she's never been there in her life. I need to show her what she's missing, someday."
"Our group also contains at least one of our Kitsune cousins from across the divide. But" She pauses, not sure if she should really bring up TWO beastkins who are anything but in one go. She settles on something else, instead. "But she prefers to stay indoors."
"I still have yet to meet everyone from this group, so I'm hoping that all goes well. I'll write again after we get this Dmitri affair sorted. Love you all, and miss you daily. ~Your daughter, Seida."
Looking the page over for errors, Seida nods in satisfaction and waits for the ink to dry before folding it up. She inserts it into an envelope and places it with the rest of her things, before walking over to her bed and flopping down onto it with a heavy sigh, tail gently swooshing back and forth above her.

She shifts around uncomfortably in the bed for awhile, before getting up and walking to a dresser with a mirror. A small clattering can be heard as she sorts through her things, looking for a hairbrush.
She then walks back to her bed and starts fussing with the brush, making sure her tail looks groomed and neat.

"I hope I'm not bothering you, but it's just..." Rowan thinks over his words here, wanting to ensure that he didn't rush and become incoherant with his accent. "We have not really properly been introduced and I wanted to actually be able to talk to you."

Seida thinks for a moment, but soon recognizes the man's voice. Oh... him. Placing the brush down beside her, she pushes herself off the bed, the frame creaking. Her footsteps sound off her approach, before a series of clicks report the door unlocking.
The door swings open inward, and there stands Seida, keeping her expression neutral, and her free hand limply at her side. "........."

"I know we didn't necessarily get off to a good start, so I hope you don't mind." He holds out his hand to her. "My name is Rowan. And you are?"

After a moment, she sighs. "...You're right. We should probably start again." She takes his hand and shakes it gently before releasing it. "Name's Seida. Seida Malte. Would you like to come in?" She tilts her head toward a spare seat in the room, sniffing softly to reestablish this man's identity.

"Of course, thank you." He steps into the room and hears the sniffing, but chooses not to comment on it. It's probably a wolfskin thing.
"And from what I understand you already know Barth, so not much I can say there."

"Right." She nods politely to Barth as she heads back in to take a seat atop her bed, her legs crossed casually at the ankles. "We talked a bit about our homelands, but I guess we never got to talking much about ourselves..."

She sways a little bit, leaning back onto her arms for support. "I dunno. I only met him long enough to demonstrate what I was capable of and get signed up."
"...Which reminds me. Since you've never seen our kind on Ashelande, you probably don't know how a Wolfskin fights... right?" A small grin starts to form on her face.

Seida's grin breaks out into a full smile as she rights herself. "I can't really show you here, but..." She walks over to her pack and pulls out a stone slightly smaller than her fist. She holds it out to show them. "This is what we use."

Proudly clutching the beaststone, she explains. "This little thing helps me to unlock and control a special power inside of myself. All Wolfskins have it... Kitsunes, as well, but they're a bit different. With it, I can transform to and from a more bestial form at will, and fight with at least as much power as any sword or axe could give you."
